A day with Daddy

Today I stayed at home with Daddy whilst Mummy went to London to have her hair cut. After we took Top Ender to school Daddy took me to Town to have my haircut. I was really good and the man talked to me about my favourite TV programmes and cut my hair so that it was nice and neat. He gave me a special tissue to wipe away the bits of hair that were on my face and he let me keep it so I put it in my pocket.

As I was a really good boy, Daddy let me go to Greggs to buy a doughnut for me and for Top Ender and then when we came home Daddy helped me wash off all the hair that was left on me. He did it by pouring big jugs of water on me whilst I stood up in the bath. It was funny!

When I got dry I ate my doughnut and played Donkey Kong on the Wii because Daddy didn't know that I wasn't supposed to have the Wii for a week! I did tell him afterwards though. For lunch Daddy made me a ham and cheese sandwich and I wanted a chocolate biscuit like the ones I saw in Greggs that had stars on, but we didn't have any of them so Daddy found a chocolate biscuit in the cupboard and scored a star on it! It made me happy.

After we had lunch we watched TV together and we played Lego before we went to pick Top Ender up from school. We hadn't brought eggs when we went out so we walked to the shop and Daddy brought eggs and chocolate for me and Top Ender. And then when we got home we played in the garden and Top Ender went to get changed and she took ages!

For dinner tonight we made butterfly pizza because Top Ender wanted to make butterfly pizza and I helped Daddy put the tomato paste and cheese on top of them like Top Ender too. Mummy phoned up to say that she was going to be at the train station and so we decided that we would leave the pizzas in the oven and go and collect her as a surprise. Mummy had a new haircut and it was pretty but I said that she looks like Granny. She wasn't happy about it.

When we got home we ate our pizza and then Top Ender and I played on the Den computer until it was time for us to go to bed. It was a nice day with Daddy but I will miss him when he goes to work tomorrow.

A bus trip to the City

Mummy and me were supposed to be waiting in today for some fish. Mummy gets lots of things sent to her and I like when some things come because they are for me but the fish I don't like because it is boring. Mummy says though that if I eat up the fish when she cooks it I will be big and strong and so I guess I have to believe her, because she is big and strong.

Mummy was reading her emails when she laughed because she had got the day wrong. The fish wasn't coming until Thursday and so we were waiting in for nothing. Then Mummy said we had to go to the City and that we had to go and get the bus so we went and waited at the bus stop and then the bus took us to the city. When we were at the city Mummy went to a hairdressers because she had to get tested with some gunk. They only ever cut my hair with scissors so I don't know why they put gunk on her.

After we went to McDonalds and I had a Happy Meal and I ate it in Queens Court sitting by the water. Mummy's coat dipped in the water and she said she was silly. Then we went to Boots and Mummy brought some lunch for her and I sneaked a chocolate bar in her basket for my pudding.

We went home on the bus and when we got off near Top Enders school, Mummy said I could go to the park or I could go home. I wanted to go to the park and I played for ages with a girl who was there with her Granny and then Mummy said we had to walk to the school to get Top Ender.

We had jacket potatoes with cheese and beans for dinner which was on the family meal plan and I wasn't allowed to play on the Wii because Mummy said I was naughty at School and hurt someone. I don't like not playing on the Wii.

Mothers Day

It was Mothers Day today and we woke Mummy up with cards and breakfast in bed. She was very thankful and she gave me and Top Ender lots of kisses. We went back downstairs with Daddy and we ate more breakfast because we had already had some brioche. When Mummy got up Daddy said that me and him and Top Ender were going out for a little while. Mummy had said we should go and have fun whilst she caught up on some work, but I think she just wanted to play on the computer without us.

We went to Splash Zone at Gullivers Park and it wasn't very busy but it was lots of fun. There are lots of slides that you can go on and little bits of water to splash in and to get wet under. Daddy came with me because he wanted to go on some of the slides to but I soon zoomed off without him. When we went to get dressed Daddy told Top Ender that she could stay and play for a few more minutes as the changing rooms were really small. Me and Daddy got dressed and then we waited for Top Ender to get dressed.

Daddy took us for a picnic lunch but because it was raining we ate it in the car. We had some chicken legs and some sausages and sausage rolls and juice. It was nice because I sat in the front with Daddy and Top Ender sat behind me but I didn't like the little egg balls so we took them home for Mummy.

When we got home Mummy was pleased to see us and she asked us lots of questions about the splash zone but if she wanted to know about it she should have come! After a little while Mummy went to make dinner because we have a roast on Sundays. We all sat at the table and then we had a bath and then we played on the Mario Party game and Mummy won. I wanted to win, but Mummy said that I might win next time and that it is just a luck thing.

Sausage muffin day

On Saturdays after Mummy has been on the radio we like to go out and do things like a walk or go shopping and today we wanted to do that but it was raining so we didn't think going for a walk would be a good idea. Me and Mummy built a big fort with my Lego Duplo and I had a sausage muffin that Mummy made. Top Ender didn't get up for ages and so I had some snacks with Mummy and we watched some TV together too.

When it was time to get dressed I got dressed with Daddy and he had to go and do some things so he said that when he was coming back he would get me my lunch which was a McDonalds today. Me and Top Ender shared a big nugget share box and it was yummy.

We did go for a walk at the City and we looked in some shops and I sat down on the floor in the big hall and ate a cookie. I liked eating my cookie. When we finished at the shops we went home and we all played lots of different games and with different toys and then I played Donkey Kong with Daddy on the Wii.

Top Enders Friend

Top Ender had a friend come round after school today. Mummy said that I had to let them play on their own but I wanted to play with them too! Top Enders friend was really nice and did play with me and she held my hand on the way home with Top Ender.

Mummy let me watch Dinosaur Train on the TV whilst they were playing and then we all made pizza together and then whilst Mummy cooked it we all played in the garden again. We all sat at the table together and we listened to music that Mummy played. She played songs from Phineas and Ferb and from Hairspray. Mummy made us laugh because she did dancing that was funny whilst listening to the music!

We had ice-cream for pudding and we ate it in the garden and then when Mummy and Top Ender took Top Ender's friend home me and Daddy played on the Wii and did some Donkey Kong. I went to bed early because Mummy and Daddy wanted to eat their dinner and they said that they couldn't eat it without me and Top Ender being in bed.

I watched some cartoons in bed but I fell asleep really quick... well at least Mummy said I did!

A walk, an Ice-Cream and a film

Today we went for a walk in the countryside as it was a really lovely day and Mummy and Daddy said we should make the most of it whilst we can. Before we went to the woods Daddy said that the woods were haunted but we didn't see any ghosts whilst we were there. I found lots of ladybirds and Mummy gave me a Mummy Home School Point for finding one!

When we got back to the car because it was so hot we all had an orange juice drink that Mummy keeps in the car. On the way back home I fell asleep in the car and Mummy snuck into Tesco's and brought some Ice-Creams and some new pants and socks for me!

When we got home we had an Ice-Cream in the garden and Mummy came and sat with out with us too. Then Mummy had to go and cook dinner, so she turned the radio up loud so that we could hear it in the garden so she would feel she was part of the fun.

After we had dinner we watched a film on the projector. It was nice to watch a big film and Daddy made us popcorn too.

A bedtime treat

There was a parcel delivered today and Mummy said I wasn't allowed to look in it until she said. It wasn't until after she had made dinner and we had got our pyjamas on that she opened up the parcel and it was a Smubbles Bubble Blower! We had lots of fun jumping around the living room and bursting the bubbles and then sniffing the smell they left behind.

We all had a cuddle on the sofa because Mummy said that we were too excited to go to bed and that we had to calm down. I liked having a cuddle with Mummy and Top Ender because they are my friends.

Family game night

I got up with Daddy today and I was allowed to play on the Wii with him and play Donkey Kong with him. I like playing Donkey Kong with him because Daddy is really good and has been helping me to win. 

It was raining today and Daddy ran into the kitchen and found that the roof was leaking, Daddy quickly turned off the lights in the whole of the downstairs because he said we didn't want to get electrocuted. We went out to the shops to buy something to put on the roof to stop the leak and as we were getting in the car the rain started to turn into snow!

We had a Roast dinner again today which was nice because Mummy gave me some Yorkshire Puddings which  I like the most and she gave me Chicken that was nice. She told me that it was out of Chicken Nuggets and so I ate it all up, but I know that it was from the Chicken that she cooked in the kitchen.

After we had dinner together today we played on the Wii and played Mario Party 9 together. It was lots of fun even though Top Ender won and I didn't. It made me really mad but I know that it doesn't matter because we will play again another day and then I will win.

A fun Saturday

Mummy, Daddy, Top Ender and I had lots of fun today. In the morning it was just me and Mummy who got up and we pretended to be Surgeons and we sewed up Super Dog so that he would be able to take part in our version of Crufts. I was really excited that Mummy fixed Super Dog and I gave him lots of cuddles after.

We went to the park in the morning and we had it all to ourselves! We all played on the swings and Daddy took some 3D video of me on the swing and then Mummy and Daddy took pictures of us all on my Pirate Ship Climbing Frame.

Daddy went and got me and Top Ender a McDonalds for lunch and he made a Bacon Burger for Mummy and him. I got ketchup all over my face but Mummy wiped it up with some Tesco face wipes that Tesco sent to her.  They smell of fruit and I said I didn't like the smell but I was only joking!

At night time Daddy made me and Top Ender a funny snack for tea and after we had eaten it we played on the Wii before it was time for bed. Daddy and me brushed my teeth and then Daddy let me watch a cartoon in bed. It was a nice day together and I can't wait until tomorrow!

Bedtime with Daddy

Mummy and me had a good day today. We had chips for lunch because I wanted some and Mummy had a Hot Chocolate which she said was a good mix!

I played with my Lego and made some Boss Men to put into the Wii games so that we could fight them and Mummy read lots of books with me too. We did lots of washing and tidying up and then when Mummy had finished putting things away we went and got Top Ender from School.

Mummy made Risotto for dinner and then she had a headache so she went to bed and Daddy helped me to get to bed. Daddy told me that he was going to go shopping and that if I could be a good boy that Mummy and Top Ender would listen out for me. They didn't need to listen out for me though because I was really good and when Daddy came home he came and checked on me and Mummy said that she thought I was asleep but I wasn't I was just really quiet!

Just an ordinary Wednesday

I got up with Daddy and Top Ender this morning and had a brioche for breakfast. I had tried to do a wee but hadn't been able to get my trousers down properly and so Daddy helped me get washed and dressed and then when Mummy came downstairs she was surprised to see I was all dressed already!

I wanted to play on the Wii, but Mummy said that if I was going to play now that I wouldn't be able to play tonight. I said that I understood but that I really wanted to play on the Wii and so I played Sonic at the Olympics. It was good because I like playing the games and I was really good at doing them too. Mummy didn't get dressed for ages but when she did she turned off the Wii and told me that we had to play something else.

Mummy helped me make a monster boss for my lunch and I put some of the bread in the grapes and it tasted nice, but Mummy said she thought it would taste disgusting so I tricked her into eating some!

When Top Ender came home we played in the garden again and Mummy gave us some Jaffa cakes to eat and a chocolate lolly! We had jacket potatoes for dinner and I only had cheese on mine and then we played Donkey Kong before I went to bed.

A walk to town and an adventure for Pizza

When I got up this morning I went downstairs with Daddy and we had toast for breakfast. When Mummy came downstairs she said that I had to get dressed but I didn't want to and so Mummy did some of her jobs. A parcel for Top Ender came from Nanny B and Mummy said that we had to go out later in the day and that if we didn't that she would take me in my pyjamas! I got dressed and them Mummy and me walked to town to get what we needed.

On the way home from Town I was really tired and I told Mummy that we should get the bus. We were already walking home though and so Mummy said if I could make it just a little bit further to the next bus stop that I could get the bus there. Mummy was tricking me though because we were at a bus stop already and the next bus stop is nearly at our house! Just as she said it though a bus came and so we got on it and we got off at the shop.

Mummy brought me a fruit pot and I ate it as we walked home from the shop and when I got home I had a doughnut and some crisps and some of Mummy's sandwich too. After we picked Top Ender up she played with me in the back garden again like last night and then we came in and watched some television. When Daddy came home Mummy and Top Ender went to Top Enders school for Parents Evening and me and Daddy stayed at home to do make pizza for dinner.

When we were making the pizza Daddy said we had to go on an adventure because we didn't have any tomato paste to put on the pizza and so I had to put on my shoes and go in the car to the little shop to get some. We went really quickly and we wanted to beat Mummy and Top Ender home but they got home just before us. We had pizza for dinner and then after I had got washed Mummy gave me a piggyback to my bed. Mummy said I should go to sleep because I was really tied and had been all day but I didn't think I was.

Chores and playtime

This morning Mummy was on the radio again, but they sent a car to us so that a real lady could talk to Mummy instead of on the phone. We all got up early and we all got dressed and had our breakfast before the lady came and then when Mummy went on the radio I went upstairs with Daddy and Top Ender.

After Daddy went to work me and Mummy started doing some work. Mummy cleaned up lots of things which she said were her jobs to do. She sorted out a big pile of rubbish and a big pile of things that had to be put away and a pile of things that had to go into different places too. It didn't take long but Mummy said it made a big change to everything because it looked more tidy now.

When it was nearly lunchtime me and Mummy walked to the shop. I did some marching and we sang some songs and we did a little bit of racing too. At the shops I got a drink and some cakes and Mummy couldn't find her things that she needed so we went home. Mummy made me a ham sandwich and I ate it all up with my drink from the shop.

After we picked Top Ender up from School we played in the back garden whilst Mummy did the dishes and made dinner. We had a chicken pie which had leftovers from yesterday in and I didn't think I like it but Mummy dipped it in tomato sauce and it tasted nicer.

After Dinner daddy helped me into bed and I fell asleep really quickly because I was tired after our walk to the shop.

Sunshine, walks and dinner

Mummy had told Daddy that he could have her lay in today because he had to get up early on Monday because Mummy had the radio people coming so it was a surprise for me when she came into my bedroom. We went downstairs and Mummy and me watched some cartoons and had some breakfast and we played some games too. When Daddy got up Mummy started to do some cleaning and she helped me to get dressed so that I could go in the garden as it was really sunny and Daddy was going to cut the grass.

Daddy and Top Ender and me tidied up the playhouse and played in the garden whilst we mowed the lawn and put all the broken things in the garden in the bin. When Mummy had finished cleaning up and we finished tidying up the garden we decided we were going to go to for a walk. I decided that we should have a picnic as it was a nice day outside and so I put crisps in my backpack and then we all drove to Shenley Woods. It was nice walking round the woods, but a bit cold because there was a wind and so we ate our picnic in the car and we had a drink from the orange juices that we keep in the car.

We went up to the city to go for a walk because Mummy needed some things and so did Daddy. Daddy brought me a cookie pop and when we came home Mummy went and made dinner and listened to her programme on the radio. We all sat at the table to eat our dinner and we said a prayer and I ate it all up because I was being a very good boy.

After dinner we watched a film on the projector and then it was time for bed. It was a nice time with everyone and I liked having an ice-cream.

Family time

I got up with Mummy this morning and we went downstairs to watch some television. Top Ender came downstairs too and after a little while Mummy went and made us breakfast of Bullseye Egg. We really like having a hot breakfast at the weekend and Mummy likes making them for us. When Daddy got up and Mummy had finished doing her bit on the radio Mummy and Daddy spent AGES talking about making my room better because the toys that Mummy says that I can keep didn't have enough places to live because they are so BIG.

I didn't want to get out of my pyjamas but I wanted to play outside and so Mummy said I had to get changed. I put on my Phineas T-Shirt that Boden sent us to do a review of ages ago and as it was so hot I put on shorts too! Mummy showed me this video that she made of me and Top Ender when we got these clothes.

In the afternoon Mummy and Daddy took me and Top Ender to Sainsburys to buy lots of meat for the freezer. I helped find the meat that we needed to find and I brought some doughnuts that had Homer Simpson on and Top Ender brought some ice creams for us to have after lunch tomorrow. I played Donkey Kong on the Wii with Top Ender and then I played Mario Kart with Daddy but Mummy helped me to beat him.

I brushed my teeth with my new toothpaste and then went to bed where Daddy tucked me in and Mummy came for a cuddle. It was a nice day because we were all together.

Tidying up and a new room

When Daddy went to work this morning he told Mummy not to work too hard, but Mummy said that she had plans for doing my bedroom and so was going to work really hard! Mummy asked if I wanted to help her but I didn't and so I had played down stairs but would go up and see Mummy every so often and she would come downstairs to see me too.

Mummy worked really hard and put all my toys into her room before she cleated space for my new units, but it was good because she said it meant she realised that I didn't actually have a lot of toys I just didn't have a good way of storing them all.

Mummy let me climb up the units when she had built them because she said that I wasn't going to be allowed to climb them when my room was all finished as it would be dangerous. I liked climbing up and looking out the window because Mummy had taken down the blind and I could see all the garden. When Daddy got home he said that he liked my room because it looked really nice and tidy and he said he would help Mummy tomorrow to make it look even better.

I didn't go to bed until late but I got to play on the wii so it didn't matter.

Pizza and meatballs

Mummy and I went for a walk before lunchtime today and we went to the co-op. We brought some meatballs for dinner tonight and a baguette so we could make French bread pizza for lunch. I really liked that we had a nice walk together and Mummy brought me a nice chocolate yoghurt and a fruit shoot too. When we got home I told mummy that we needed to have a cold pizza because I couldn't eat hot pizza. Mummy said that she would make mine cold so that I could eat it. When Mummy brought me my pizza it was really nice and it wasn't hot because she did make it cold!

After School me and Top Ender watched the new Barbie film that someone had sent to Mummy and it was funny and even though I don't normally like Barbie films I did like this one. When the film finished Mummy had dinner ready and we all sat at the table to eat it. She gave us some pudding and we had some cake that she had made too. It was nice and I didn't want to brush my teeth when I went to bed but Mummy said if I didn't then I would have to go back to hospital to have more taken out and I don't want that to happen.

Daddy popped home just after we had dinner and dropped off the new units for my bedroom. Mummy says that we are going to sort them out tomorrow. I'm not sure if this is a good job or not but Mummy says it will be fun and we will be able to make my room seem bigger and more tidy! I guess we will find out tomorrow.

Jobs and potatoes

Mummy said she was all energetic today and that we had to use it all up. We went outside into the front garden and cleared up all the leaves and weeds and stinging nettles and bits of rubbish that have gathered in our front garden. It was good because I was allowed to take Mac and Ms Ladybird outside and I helped Mummy pick up some of the leaves and the sticks and everything else too. The postman gave us some letters and Mummy let me post them through the letter box so I could pretend I was a real postman.

Mummy and me made a monster picture frame from the Yellow Moon things that were sent to us. I liked it, Mummy helped me stick everything up and I chose where the eyes got stuck. I liked it but Mummy said that it didn't turn out as good as she wanted it to. We are going to put it up in my room when we have finished making it look like a big boy room. Mummy says we are going to make more things in the next few days because we have lots of materials to make some nice pictures from.

When I went to School I slipped over on some mud and I made my trousers all muddy. Mummy said I should take them off when I get home and put my pyjamas on after getting cleaned up. I surprised her by remembering that and getting changed and washed up and Mummy said that made me a really good boy. For dinner we had jacket potatoes and beans and cheese and then I played on the wii with Daddy and Mummy and Top Ender before I raced Daddy up to bed.

Pancake day

I got dressed early today because Daddy says that I have to start getting ready in the morning at the same time as Top Ender because it isn't long until I start going to School. I like getting dressed later because I don't like wearing my clothes until I go and pick up Top Ender. Mummy says when I get dressed that it is good as it means that we don't have to worry about it for the rest of the day!

Daddy had to stay at work late today and so me and Top Ender had sausages and beans for dinner. Mummy made them in to a face for me and Top Ender and we sat at the table and it was fun to be able to eat with Top Ender. Just after we finished dinner there was a surprise as Daddy came home! He said that he had come home to play on the wii with me for half an hour but I know that he had really come home to have some of Mummy's pancakes. Daddy asked if I wanted to try the pancakes but I didn't like them so I only had a little bit.

When Daddy went back to work it was time for me to go to bed and he said he would get up with me tomorrow.

Dora muffins, the Wii and yucky fish

Today Top Ender went back to School and I thought that when Daddy got back from dropping Top Ender at school he was going to play on the Wii with me but he meant when he got back from work at night time. I was sad but said I would wait for him to play on the wii with me.

During the day me and Mummy made cakes for Daddy without any egg and we made some Dora banana muffins too. I like cooking and I'm pleased that the people asked Mummy to look at the magazine with me so that we can make things. Mummy made a video of me making the cakes.

I did some playing and watched some TV and when Top Ender came home she played with me in the garden but it was really cold so we came in after a little while to have a snack.

After dinner which was yucky fish I played on the Wii with Daddy whilst Top Ender and Mummy went to the Supermarket to buy some things they had forgotten to get and we had used up when we were cooking today. I didn't want to stop playing but the Wii crashed because it said it was time for a rest and so I went to bed after Daddy helped me to brush my teeth.
